Position Summary: Engineering Operations Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our repair company specializing in CNC machines, servo drives, servo motors, VFDs, spindle motors, and other industrial automation equipment. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards for repairs and services. The Engineering Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of skilled technicians and engineers, and ensuring that all repair projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, CNC systems, and servo technologies, combined with proven leadership and project management skills. This position requires a proactive leader with a passion for engineering excellence and customer satisfaction, capable of fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership & Design Oversight: Lead design and engineering efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client objectives for enhanced efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability. - Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, resource allocation, and milestones for successful initiative delivery. - Feasibility & Viability Assessment: Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to evaluate project viability, focusing on technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness. - Project Scheduling & Coordination: Create detailed project schedules, coordinating activities across teams to optimize timelines. - Technology-Driven Solutions: Leverage cutting-edge technology to design and implement tailored data systems. - Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive project success and client satisfaction. Qualifications:

  • Education and Certifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.- MBA or equivalent business management education is a plus.- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Experience- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial equipment repair, CNC systems, servo motors, servo drives, and related technologies.- At least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing technical teams and operations.
  • Technical Skills- In-depth knowledge of servo motors, drives, VFDs, CNC machines, and other industrial automation equipment.- Strong understanding of repair processes, diagnostics, and testing methods for industrial equipment.- Familiarity with relevant software tools used in industrial automation and repair operations.
  • Leadership and Management Skills- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse technical team.- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines for operational efficiency.- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Customer Focus and Communication- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.- Strong negotiation skills for vendor and supplier management.
