Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to provide
technical support and assistance for Azure Virtual Desktop
environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy AVD environments using Nerdio Manager and collaborate with
clients to assess infrastructure needs
Provide ongoing technical support to customers during and after AVD
deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct technical
product demos for customers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or
AWS
Experience with operating systems, including Windows Server and
Linux distributions
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as JIRA or ServiceNow
