Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fulfillment Underwriter to streamline
the mortgage process and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan files for deficiencies and condition them
accurately
Analyze complex tax returns and appraisals, ensuring compliance
with guidelines
Communicate positively with processors and loan officers to
expedite closings
Required Qualifications
5+ years of current experience in Conventional underwriting
Thorough knowledge of federal and state mortgage banking laws
Expert knowledge of AUS systems (DU, LP)
Full understanding of recent FNMA/FHLMC underwriting guidelines
Experience with Encompass and/or Empower is desired
