Production Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Production Support professional to provide Tier II and Tier III support for a federal agency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows) applications
Analyze and troubleshoot Tier II and Tier III incident tickets to resolve complex production issues
Improve overall stability and resiliency of critical business applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
Experience with Unix and Visual Basic
Experience with basic SQL and shell scripting
Experience with error log reading and technical configuration
Experience with responding to monitoring alerts and asset management
