A company is looking for a Hybrid-Real Estate Investment
Representative/Acquisitions Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person appointments with property sellers and negotiate
acquisition terms
Field calls from potential buyers and sellers, and nurture warm
leads
Network with local investors and generate organic property
leads
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous sales experience in real estate or wholesaling
Recently acquired real estate license or degree in real estate
Sales experience in a B2C environment
Resilient and competitive mindset
Coachable with a personal drive to succeed
